Want a more personalized touch? With personal one on one monthly coaching you will receive a weekly personalized program that allows for alterations based on performance, improvement, and a multitude of unforeseen forces known as life. You will have access to your coach through email, phone or face to face meetings to allow for two way feedback. Your coach will use testing and training tools applicable to you as required. You may be required to purchase or have access to equipment such as a heart rate monitor, Garmin, indoor bike trainer, treadmill or pool. Working one on one with a Coach is an involved and involving endeavor, the more communication there is the more successful you are likely to be. You are charged when you're actively training, not when you're not. If you take a month or two off each year, or are injured you are not charged during these periods. Your coach reserves the right to stop coaching you if she/he feels that you aren't getting anything out of their services.
