Learn to run a half marathon or run one faster with our half marathon training program. Done in a group all participants will receive a personal running program, a guide book and be eligible to participate in group long runs. Whether you are training for a specific event or want to go with the team to a pre-chosen race, whether it's your first time at this distance or you're looking to PR you will arrive at the start line prepared to not only finish but to conquer the distance. Coaches will discuss race nutrition, clothing, pacing and hydration among other topics of interest. This class is open to all individuals who have been running consistently for at least 6 months. Program allows for limited access with your coach by phone, email or face to face. This access will allow for program changes, follow up on nutrition and long run issues as well as pre and post race discussions. You will receive a personal running program and a training gift.
