Custom orthotics are covered by most insurance plans with a Doctors note. Tri & Run Sports recommends you speak to your insurance group prior to your orthotic appointment to determine what is covered. As well, you must fill in and bring the form below to your orthotic appointment.

Recover: $40...no charge for children under 12
All orthotic orders include:
-a gait scan, biomechanical exam and neutral foot mold
-are non-taxable
