Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your unused purchase in its original packaging, with your sales slip within 30 days of your shoe purchase, 60 days of your clothing purchase.
All products (clothing and footwear) once used, are warranted by their manufacturer. That warranty varies by product. Exchanges will be made on defective product (clothing and footwear) that are returned within 60 days of purchase, after that please contact the manufacturer directly. A sales receipt as proof of purchase will be necessary.

Shoes worn outside - can NOT be returned
No box, packaging or tags - can NOT be returned
30 days after purchase of shoes- can NOT be returned
60 days after purchase of clothing and accessories - can NOT be returned
ALL sales items - can NOT be returned
