Just in case anybody is thinking of doing the lactate test I will let you know how mine went.  The test was relatively easy, except for cramped legs, the run was good.  I learned where I should be running and where not to run as far as my heart rate and pace were concerned.  Tha for me was little bit of an eye opener.  I would recommend having one done for anybody who is curious.

However don't let Sandy squeeze your finger to hard b/c mine still hurts.
