Lactate test
«

Just in case anybody is thinking of doing the lactate test I will let you know how mine went. The test was relatively easy, except for cramped legs, the run was good. I learned where I should be running and where not to run as far as my heart rate and pace were concerned. Tha for me was little bit of an eye opener. I would recommend having one done for anybody who is curious.
However don't let Sandy squeeze your finger to hard b/c mine still hurts.
Thanks Sandy

Sorry Bill.
The bruising will only last a couple of days. Let me know how your running goes over the next couple of weeks.
