Something about run 2.5K, pig out on timbits and run 2.5K back.  Sandy wanted us to eat a dozen timbits.  I talked her down to six - the equivalent of one donut. It should be interesting.....

Unfortunately I will not be able to stuff my face at this run either as I will be working.  So you will have to eat my share of timbits.  I am not really all that fussy on flavours but sourcream glazed are my favourite.

I prefer the cake ones or the original honey glaze if eating them.  Either way I think a zip lock baggie would be in order to carry just in case.  That way I will be prepared
