HI SUE
THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING A GREAT TOUR GUIDE-I WOULD STILL BE IN THE WOODS IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU..THANKS FOR THE ASCENT/DESCENT STATS-NO WONDER I CAN FEEL MY QUADS AND GLUTES TODAY!!!I HAD A GREAT DAY..IT'S ALWAYS FUN TO CHAT AND GET TO KNOW AWESOME PEOPLE LIKE U GUYS...
JANET-I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT LOSING A FRIEND, YOUR GIRLFRIEND WILL REALLY APPRECIATE U BEING THERE FOR HER...
HOPE TO SEE ALL ON THE BEER TRAIL...ANDREA
Janet, so sorry to hear about your friends husband.  I'm sure she'll appreciate having you around, we'll miss you for the next little while.  Our thoughts are with you!

I also wanted to say thanks to all you for coming over this way for the run yesterday!  It was great fun!
Sorry I didn't  know much about the trails at McCauley as I only have run it once before and that was with you guys.  Lisa and I will get out there more so next time we won't be running in so many circles!  Lisa also said we'll try and get a run together sometime out at the Sand Banks trails too!  Laurie it was nice to have you and your boys out with us as well!  Andrea, just wanted to let you know the ascent on my garmin was 231 and the descent was 223.  My runs at home around Bloomfield are usually around 160 to about 170 ascent and descent.  We did a fair amount of time going up and down!
Dave how's the poison ivy?  Have you tried the Caladryl?  Hope it's doing better!
See you all soon at the beer run!
Sue
