Hello all, i raced 10k today and it's a new pb! My gun time was 44:44, my chip time 44:36. Finished 15 out of 37 in the 30-34 group. 60th overall and i think 53 or 57 overall men. It was very hot  and a few hills not to bad i'm very happy with that.At the finish they had a mist tent that was great it was some pack tho. Their were lots of water stations that was good. My last 10k time was 45:--.   Their were lots of runners i think it was over 1200. The volunteers were great like always. The 10kers had to do 2 loops of the 5k. Guess that's all food was good. Bye for now Derek.

Congratulations Derek,  that is just awesome.  You have to love this heat and PB's.  Now when the weather is cooler, just think what you can do?  WOW.  Good for you.
