Well, once again lots of excitement at my house!!!  My middle and youngest son's went skiing with their school in Oshawa.  I got a call around 1pm telling me that Bryan (my middle guy) had a possible broken leg.  It is not possible it happened,we go into Belleville tomorrow to get his full cast on.
And the hits just keep on coming!!!  One would think that because he is a boy trips to the bathroom would be easier...trust me right now it isn't.

Maybe he'll be able to get a green cast for St. Paddy's day!
If he has crutches take them with you, because you have to let the cast dry for 20 minutes before you can walk on it.  But what a crappy way to start march break, as I'm sure Nancie Gibson will agree the novelty wears off very quickly!

Wow, there is never a dull moment in your household, Patti!  That really sucks about Bryan's leg!  I hope he is not in too much pain!

That must be why you weren't at the store when I dropped the Surf & Turf entry forms by.

OMG Patti,  I sure hope your luck changes soon.  Maybe try standing on your front step and yelling:

Enough is Enough already.  LOL

Sending healthful vibes your way.

When i was 3 my brother Chris broke my leg. My oldest brother Mike yelled at him, and then promptly used me as babe bait.I guess seeing a 3 yr old in a cast was a great babe magnet. He took me every where all summer. When the cast came off he dropped me from his social agenda. But i do remember kicking people with it... i was a bit of a stinker in those days...things haven`t changed much.. evil.. but do tell your son about being a babe magnet.. grin

What a shame about Bryan, how long will he be in a cast?  But at least he can pick a cool colour cool (I know, this doeasn't help)
I hope your family's luck will change soon.  Speaking from experience, stuff like this only happens while the guys are gone, never happens when they are at home - it's just not fair.

Bryan got his cast today...blue. Up to the mid thigh area. In 4 weeks he will get that off and then probably have one below the knee. He is managing quite well with his crutches though.  He is not aloud to put any pressure on it over that entire time.  Thank goodness I don't have to move his leg around for him anymore.  I don't think I could listen to his yells any longer.
I have to agree with you Petra someone told me after Nick left that everything will happen while he is away and I just laughed.

Hmmm three boys, military husband, broken bones, this is all starting to sound familiar. Hope Bryan feels better soon.
