OMG, can anyone help me?  This is such a STRANGE problem I have, but I know one other person who has suffered from it so I know I'm not alone.  After some, but not all, long runs (e.g. today's, which was 17 mi) I come down with a severe allergy attack.  I sneeze about 50 times in 10 minutes.  It happened this morning, about 10 min. after my run, and 6 hrs. later my nose is still running and I am sniffling and congested.  It CAN'T be hayfever, the temp. was below zero the entire run, and it's only Mar. 29!!!!  Any advice or help on how to prevent this???

You could try an antihistime like Reactine and see if it's seasonal alergies, otherwise the ONLY thing that comes to mind is dehydration leading to dry nasal passages making them more sensitive to airborne allergins present in the home.  Other then that....
