I have no ACL in my right knee. My question is can I still train to run without causing more damage to myself?

You have
no
ACL? I'm not a doctor but know the following:
The ACL prevents hyperextention of the knee and when injured , damaged or not working an ACL brace may be used. This is the type of brace that is fitted to you, not purchased over the counter. You may find it too bulky to run long distances with but it may be worth talking to your doctor or physio about.
