Army Run Registration-Lynne Bermel

To anyone interested in running and triathlon Lynne Bermel will be at the Army Run registration to be held at the Yukon Galley on the Base.  On Monday August 25 from 11:30am to 1pm there will be in person registration for the Army Run to be held in Ottawa on September 21.  In attendance will be triathlon legend Lynne Bermel to answer questions and discuss triathlon and tri racing.

There was a notice about this on the 8 Wing Splash Page this morning.  It is a good thing you posted because I took it that it was for military personnel to register, but upon reading the notice, it does appear that anyone can register.  We are doing our traditional Longboat Toronto Island Run that day but if they have the Army run next year,  I would consider going up to Ottawa for it.
