Sandy and Jeff

I finally got up enough courage to try my new shoes.  I wnet out no big deal put my right foot in took my right foot out and I shook it all about.  Tried for the next km to put my left foot in finally made it I didn't take it out figuring I knew what thiswas all about.  So I finished my ride which I will samed seemed easier but remembering to push an dpull will haelp even more.  I got to my drive way pulled in forgot to pull my foot out before I stopped.  However I was in luck as fell on to my side my left foot came out and when I hit the groud so did my right.  I will say it will take a few more rides before I know what these are all about.

Welcome to the world of clipless pedals Bill!  So far I have only had one "didn't get my foot out in time" incident this year!  Down from many last year cheesy.
