I just signed Heather and myself up for a tour of A&P on Thursday 16 Oct at 7 p.m.  It is an hour and a half long and a Dietician from the Health Unit will be discussing healthy eating and how to read the food labels on what we are offered at the grocery store.  It is FREE!

They can accept 20 people.  So far they have four on the list but it just started being advertised yesterday.

Is anyone else in for this?   The phone number to get your name on the list is (613) 966-5513 Ext. 226.

That could be interesting.  I was just in there tonight.  I could have registered to go for after weights.  Will see what I can do.  Thanks for the info Jane.

Yes, it will work well for going after weights.  It's actually the Health Unit you have to call to sign up.
