Did the 100/100 (and then some) but as a New Year's resolution starting January 2009.
What's this grid core workout?
I'm interested as I know the core workouts will help with my hockey too!

Sandy
I don't see the log for the 100/100 challenge.  The one that is at the bottom of the page for the Challenges is expired.
Did I miss it?

Cathy,

The new challenge log will open up a day or so before the 15th (you can always backfill your workouts, if you don't sign up until after the 15th).  Glad to see this carrying on from last year!  I did 100/100 last year - this year I am hoping to do the same or hopefully more milage in 100 days, but on less runs.  So maybe for me I will hit 80/100 days running...not sure really, its up to my evil...I mean coach  wink

Jon

PS -I am hoping Santa will bring me the Grid, so I may have to catch up on the core workouts....In the meantime, I've been doing the P90X Ab workout, and I would think it is easily on par for toughness.  Over 300 reps in under 15mins, its a great workout.

Janet...yes you can

Jon you'll be on the 1000/1000  evil

Kate check it out here :http://smrt-core.com/  while P90X would be much more difficult I like the GRID because you get a myofacial release at the same time you work your core through balance not just repetition and it's done in 15 minutes which is perfect for the time crunched person.

Sandy,

You know such devilish statements only serve to get me more revved up.  Such is the beauty of our friendship - were both partly twisted  evil
Luv it!

Do you sell the Grids at your store Sandy?  Along with supporting videos?
Is that what Janet meant by "can I pick up my Grid"?

100 Run Challenge Log is up and running.  To join go here:

http://training.slowtwitch.com/viewchallenge?challengeId=26&challengeType=frequency

Who's in?  What's your goal?

Last year I did 100 runs, but this year I imagine I will do less frequency, but hoping to be close or better in milage... we'll see.  Right now I'm working on the bike, so running volume is down.

Run Safe and Have Fun,

Jon

Ha!  You've changed me lots Sandy, but not so much that I love running more than biking.  If there is a small pout, its not because I'm focused on the bike, just that I'm not currently the runner I was or want to be...and I miss that.  I think I just said I miss running...wow you have affected me  wink

Jon ...

I am not the runner I used to be.  I am not the runner I want or hope to be.  But I am my own worst enemy and I will become everything I strive to be.

Eventually.
