So I was swimming yesterday at the base,doing my drills, thinking about my strokes and had an "ahah" moment. Everythng just started to feel right, and come together!

For those that know and swim with me,they know I am not pretty in the water, I love it, but it's just well, ugly comes to mind. So I was feeling pretty good about myself yesterday, felt like I was making some progress and the swim in Ironman might not be quite as daunting after yesterday.
So on another note,anybody have any favourite swim drills they like to do? I like to change it up, and as I said earlier I need all of the help I can get.
