Week of self abuse

Dec 24 - What do you mean the gym closed at 2:00?!
Dec 26 - 23k on a treadmill - yuck
Dec 27 - 24k on a nice day outdoors
Dec 39 - 30k on a treadmill - Starting a 3rd consecutive 60min cycle on a treadmill is a sign of mental instability
Today - 22k outdoors in the rain/snow
woo hoo! 1000 miles!
My resolution is to not do this week again though I think I'm a binge runner. Only 87 runs in 2009 so roughly 18.5k average. 9 runs >=30k. 3 runs >=42k. 41 half marathons!
So good luck to those doing the 100 runs in 100 days or the resolution run tomorrow. I'm going to stay home and make pancakes.
