Second thought - Don't get injured!
Third thought - What are the parimiters? Does it have to be outdoors on a track? Are Treadmill sprints going to be allowed?? If so, at what %?

Anything goes as long as you don't get injured so yes oyu can do it on a treadmill. Use the usual 1-2%, warm up well...go for it.
