First thought -Eeeeeeeeew  tongue
Second thought - Don't get injured!
Third thought - What are the parimiters?  Does it have to be outdoors on a track?  Are Treadmill sprints going to be allowed?? If so, at what %?

Anything goes as long as you don't get injured so yes oyu can do it on a treadmill.  Use the usual 1-2%, warm up well...go for it.

I was 24 seconds.  Hard to do this accurately on the TM.
