G'day Guys,

Thanks for making the pilgrimage out to the Hills for a trainer ride. Even though it was a little lower key than I expected from you animals I'm glad we toned it down. I have to admit that after you guys left I went and had a little nappy. :) Ya I must be getting OLD, As they say "getting old and all it entails is the price we pay for living".

We'll have to do it again sometime.

Peace
Peter

G'day Dennis,

Definately not disappointed, and it was probably harder than I should have gone as it was. Just let me know when you guys would like to do it again. I have a couple more race titles(similar to this weekend's ride), three touring titles(great scenery of France and Spain), a Lake Placid ride(you're familiar with the course) and a long threshold interval workout ride.

30years......either Beth is a saint or you're overestimating her disappointment. Our S.O.s sometimes like to keep us on the ropes. Just a little thought though the Argon18 between you in her in bed won't help anything.

Peace
Peter

Peter,

If you have room for another rider, I'd love to join you guys and try that out.  I'll keep am eye on the forum, if you post in advance for next time.

Thanks,
Jon

G'day Jon,

I"ll let you know, but keep in mind that there is a few of us that ride on the Computrainers (usually 3 of us) every Sat morning at my place so if you are so inclined you are, and maybe I should say anyone is welcome to join in. I find the more that ride the quicker the time goes. I should be able to run 8 computrainers on the computer (I'll have to double check how many USB ports I have available I'm sure of 7 ) so if you have a computrainer and a desire to ride, come on over. I guess even if you don't have a computrainer, you can join in as I have one available fluid trainer or you could bring your own and sit in on the ride and duplicate efforts manually on the trainer.

There is multitude of the things we can do with the computrainer, most commonly we just all ride the same 3d course maybe 10km loops or so and try to beat our past laps.(good pace skills development), Also we can do Multirider course rides or TT's, Multirider specific power workouts, Multirider Real Course Video (I currently have on title Kona), and last but can be the most fun and torturous at the same time is Ergvideo of which I have 8 titles and will likely soon pick up a couple more.

Peace
Peter

Great ride Pete, I also had a little nap in the afternoon.  If ever needed I have a USB splitter that will add 6 more ports.  Thank Janet for the brownies, they help keep me awake for the long drive home! grin

Pete,

I have a CT, so no worries there.  It would be great to see the erg video, I've yet to order/ride any of them.

Thanks,
Jon
