I was talking to Cathy about this in the store yesterday and she wasn't sure, but she said she would check into it. I had some time to look it up this morning. The rebate seems to be for the Forerunner 405 only. A bit of a bonus that the rebate is in US funds!

Yes the current rebate is for the 405 and because it is an American company the rebate is always in US $. Garmin seems to have a rotating rebate program, switching products every couple of months.

Thanks for the confirmation, Sandy.
I am seriously thinking that this might be the answer for me. More than I probably need, but more accurate than GMaps.
I will get into the store for sure before the current rebate expires!!
