Hi guys, I'm coming into Trenton from Oklahoma this Sunday to do my final military move to Comox, BC.  Bob just got his posting message and now I got to get my stuff out of storage asap.  My movers come in on Tuesday and load on Wed.  I was hoping to do one last run or walk with you all on Tuesday night.  (lets hope it's not a very last)   laugh  but for sure the last one for a very long time.   I hope to see ya'll there!

Shannon the Canadian-Okie!

6:45 at Tri and Run on Tues  right?

Looking forward to seeing you Shannon!  Sad that it might be the last visit for awhile though....  cry

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry I missed out on our run.  The military made a change to my move date and in the mix, I didn't get the message and had to leave Tuesday.  My stuff is now in Comox, and I'm back in Oklahoma.  20 days away from home, 7000 km later, and I'm beat.

I'm hoping to meet a running group there, but they will never match up to you guys and gals!
God Bless and Good Luck in all your adventures!
