I am seeing progression, feels good! Sometimes you wonder if doing all the stuff your therapist tells you to is doing anything, well it does! I am seeing improvement, my legs are stronger and my knee is happier. laugh

I had an awesome run this morning, I really worked at keeping my pace steady. I am almost back up to 5km running, no pain, no fear of stairs... feeling good. Slow and steady progression. I have to say, someone on here said this to me, not sure who but I want you to know that it helps me stay motivated.  "If you want to run better, you have to run more" for me that means to stay consistent, (not run once this week and 3x next) not pushing it or injuries are sure to happen, but a nice progression, gently increasing... thanks for that, I think about it while running sometimes.
