I graduate tonight too, with the One to One Group in Belleville.

I got over zealous with my run Sunday and my knee is not in the best shape, hope I can do it tonight, haven't not finished before but I pushed it too far over the weekend (duh) - after tonight I am taking my much needed week off, then back at it!

Our group shrunk... quite a bit.. hopefully some who disappeared will show up tonight and wrap it up.

I absolutely LOVE running in the rain.  Sadly, I ran this morning when it was warmer and slightly muggy.

Congratulations on graduating Nancy!  Cookies or no cookies!!

I really enjoyed the rain! Felt like a kid and a big puddle :)  and my knee held up just fine, sometimes I think I think about things too much... and all is good this morning - great news.

Thanks!  azn

The cookies were good, and a nice surprise because I wasn't up on what was happening and didn't realize that there was a graduation.  The group in Trenton were all ready to run in whatever happened.  They are tough!  Fortunately it stopped raining about five minutes after we started.  The non-learn to run people ended up walking.   laugh  I was part of that group.  It was fun and we had a great walk!

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.

A picture from Grad Night, we were soaked but I loved every second of it! (the photographer/super instructor Alison emailed tiny photos.. that's why it is so small) but I am grinning!!

That night, I could not sleep for the life of me, 2am and I was still WIDE awake... full of energy I think... is this normal?
