My pharmacy highly recommended (only recommended?) B12 by Jamieson.
It is in a tablet form and is time released.

That is exactly what I take Kate..once in a while Pharma Plus has Jamieson on buy one get one free, good time to stock up. However B-12 isn't expensive.
