My social advisor/planner has informed me that I will not be able to attend this Friday.  So, this week's assignment is 5 yasso's (800's), 2 x 400's and 3 x100 barefoot infield "sprints".  Sprints are to be performed at no more than 9/10ths effort with a gradual build up to speed in the first 20 meters.  Be sure to run the 400's about 5 seconds faster than your 800 splits (ie.  If you're running 4 minute 800's run a 1:55 400).  Also, be sure to run at least 4 laps as a warm up, and another 4 as cool down.  Do this right, and you'll be home in under an hour.
