Since it is supposed to be a humidex of 33 tomorrow morning, I was thinking we should start our Toad long run at about 7:30.  I was planning on completing about 12K.  Does anyone else want to join me?

I was thinking about joining you but will have to wait and see how I feel in the morning.  7:30 works great for me.  I have to do 1:30 so can add on it need be.

I have to do 3 hours and was planning on going from the store at 7-8 then meeting Susan at 8-9 and then finishing up from 9-10.  Do you want to meet at 7 jane?  If not I'll meet you at 7:30 for 30 minutes then we can meet up with Susan (don't worry about speed).

What say you?

I am planning to run earlier but I will try and make it for 9 to walk or at least for 10 to go to Timmy's  laugh

I would go at 7 but Heather would like to go at 7:30, to accommodate her hectic social life - haha.  If you want to meet us at 7:30 Sandy that would be great!

Cathy, I anticipate it will take us at least an hour 30 min to run 12K, based on last Sunday's time.  Especially if it is hot, it may involve more walking than running.

Petra, I will see how wiped we are from the heat whether we walk or go home and shower, and maybe come back for coffee (you know that the coffee part is my favourite part).

7:30 sounds good to me - not too sure if I will make it the 12km. or not seeing as all I have done in the last (long time) is our Saturday 9kish run - but will try to keep up with whoever shows up. See you in the AM. If I wimp out see you Tuesday.

Well, that was a tough one for sure!  Heather measured, Carole, and it was just over 11K.  Good enough for me under the circumstances!!  Thanks for running with us.  And thanks to the other girls as well for the great coffee get-together afterwards, which lasted longer than our run did!
