Heather and I have to run 14K on Sat.  We haven't decided what time we will start yet, but thinking around 7:30 again.  Is anyone else interested in joining us?  If it is going to be really hot, we may get out there earlier.

I was thinking that too!  Love being able to have the windows open and the nice breeze blowing through the house.

Heather and I were going to start at 7:30.  She doesn't really like to get up earlier.   wink  Rachel and Martine are starting at 8 a.m.  So we have all different staggered times going on.

We are so slow lately, I doubt we could keep up, Sandy.

Well I was doing a lot of huffing and puffing and you were able to carry on a total conversation!  Thanks for making me run up 2nd Dug Hill.  I was wondering at one point if I was going to live to be able to tell about it!  Thanks for the great run, Sandy.

Is there a group that goes out Saturday mornings? Why Saturday and not Sunday? Just wondering. It's nice to have company sometimes but wouldn't want to slow anyone down.

We've been going on Saturday and combining it with the 5K fun run that we normally do on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.  Yesterday we ran 11K before walking with the "fun run" group.  Which is funny because it was the fun run but nobody was running.   cheesy  Maybe that was why it was fun.   wink

The reason for not doing long runs on Sundays was (and this is my own personal preference), I wanted to bike on Sunday mornings.  There is less vehicle traffic on Sunday mornings than Saturdays, so it is nicer for cycling.  And my legs shouldn't be as tired on Saturday mornings for the long run as Friday is my "off" day.

Heather and I aren't going to be around next Sat though, because we are going to be in Montreal celebrating Josephine's 2nd birthday.  Sandy may still be going out.  She always posts when and for how long she is going.

We are pretty slow too.
