What a lot of info for me to try and remember, cadence, rpm's, putting chains on without touching them (really have to learn that trick), turning my bike upside down to put the tire on (I have enough problems just remembering my tire

), didn't realize there was so much for me to learn.
My own personal rule, never coast when racing

, as for my cadence, have no idea unless I remember to hook it up when on the trainer, and I always pump my tires before every ride, the thumb test just isn't enough. Oh yeah, most important, wear your helmet ( I know this should be a given but.......) Ride hard, have fun
