This is Nick replying from Patti's account I find that if you just don't use your bike it will not wear out on you, and that if you put a doilie on the seat while its sitting in your trainer you can serve chip and dip off the seat and a can of coke will sit in the water bottle holder.

I agree Nick,

Though if you don't get the positioning and fit just right the big screen gets blocked or even worse you spill chips and dip on the carpet which makes it really hard to eat and I hate those carpet fluffs/strands clinging to my food. (lot's of fibre but very little nutritional value)

Peace

Wow,
What a lot of info for me to try and remember, cadence, rpm's, putting chains on without touching them (really have to learn that trick), turning my bike upside down to put the tire on (I have enough problems just remembering my tire  wink),  didn't realize there was so much for me to learn.
My own personal rule, never coast when racing evil, as for my cadence, have no idea unless I remember to hook it up when on the trainer, and I always pump my tires before every ride, the thumb test just isn't enough.  Oh yeah, most important, wear your helmet ( I know this should be a given but.......) Ride hard, have fun
