Have fun! Heather and I will be doing a "short" long run combined with next week's Tuesday night run. Hopefully it won't be hot.

Do I need to say our Toad training is not going all that great??? tongue

Oh well..... we are going to be celebrating Josephine's 2nd birthday this weekend instead of running long. That is more important.
