Yup, Friday the 13th.
Many of you won't be suprised to find out that I was born on Friday the 13th, so this weeks' track work will be very special to me, come on out, if you dare....
Same as every week, Friday, 6pm Mary Ann Sills, west bleachers.
This week mostly form and efficiency drills... racing on Sunday. Got something else in mind, come on out and suffer with friends.
