This week I have to bike Saturday before work as my bike needs to start it's long arduous trip to BC (hopefully it's not too tired when it gets there...BUT that's the excuse I'm going to use  grin).  Soooooooo I am propsing a TRAIL RUN  the wav yeah! hello! for Sunday morning at Batawa.  I will go any distance for all of you Toaders the only thing I suggest is bring 2 pairs of shoes.  One for the trails and one for the roads in case the bugs are bad.

Time TBD, check back.

Oh no!  Heather and I are going to have to miss it.   cry  We are going to be looking after Josephine in Montreal   smiley so will probably end up running on Mount Royal.

8am Bata parking lot.  This is our forey into the woods in a while so it would be a great time for those who have never done it before, just wear old shoes if you don't have trail shoes.

Can't wait to join in these trail runs in the fall!  I'm registered for the Fat Ass so considering I've only ever done 1 very short trail run, I'm looking forward to some practice!

Enjoy.

Don't wait around for me... I know I said I'd be coming but I've had the flu all day and I'm not feeling better yet.     cry   If by some miracle I'm better in the morning, though, I'll be there bright and early.

Cheers,
Colleen

Oh, my friend, it's not what they take away from you that counts. It's what you do with what you have left.
