I've been browsing the Ironman web site, I came across the participants page and checked out all the data there.

I cracked up at some of the occupations people listed, I guess they could be true but I am thinking not...  rolleyes cheesy

Monkey Trainer
Butterfly Herder
French Fry Sorter
Donut Tester
Jedi Starfighter Test Pilot

LOL @ the the sense of humour.

French Fry Sorter?
LOL Nancy.  Maybe our 1000 Mile Club T-Shirts are right!

Took this off a website for Ironman Canada. Thought it was interesting and a very unique way to think.

"the trick is to keep losing weight until your friends and family ask you if you've been sick. then you know you're within 10 pounds. if they start whispering to each other, wondering if you've got cancer or aids, you're within 5. when they actually do an intervention, you're at race weight." - Slowman

I've had the site on my computer all day, it gets slow at times, I can only imagine the # of people checking the times. It is really exciting. I have also been reading lots on the Ironman, history etc. in awe doesn't even touch it.

Took breaks from detailing the cars to see what is going on! cheesy

Also if you search for a name, then click the name it gives you a little more, it breaks the biking into 2 segments.

Cannot get on site any more. Must have crashed or just very busy. Nancy can you still view results? If so can you post bike and run times if possible?

Thanks Dave
