PROMISE I will be there after PEC (and hopefully after I have been into the store to purchase a pair of trail shoes) ... looking forward to it!

I knew you would post a run for this weekend.  Just finished Ironman and a week later "Let's go for nice 2hour trail run!!!"

I may come out and walk.  Don't know that I can get these legs moving  into a run after our LSD today.  But I do want to check out my new trail shoes.  And maybe train on some of those hills.  If I am not there by 9 a.m., I won't be coming.

Cathy says she is coming to walk with me, so I will definitely be there.  I hope I can keep up to her!
