About the Event
Learn to run a half marathon or run one faster with our half marathon training program. Whether you are training for a specific event, it's your first time at this distance or you're looking to PR you will arrive at the start line prepared to not only finish but to conquer the distance. Coach Sandy will discuss race nutrition, clothing, pacing, hydration, injury prevention among other topics of interest. This class is open to all individuals who have been running consistently for at least 6 months and/or can run 10k comfortably.
Group meets every Saturday morning at 8:00AM for 16 weeks July 6-Oct 20
