Congratulations Sandy on your retirement. You have been instrumental in my love/h*te relationship surrounding running... I love the feeling of strength and centering that comes with running, whether running around my neighborhood, discovering new areas, my 'fave' trail running, and all that running community brings; the h*te is now the feeling of missing or not running at all. During my weekly running I now try to either incorporate 1 session of hills or stair climbs at Mount Pelion to challenge myself for strength. So today rather than doing my usual 5 stair climbs, I did an extra one in your honour - yes 6 stair climbs!!! Congratulations again Sandy, and many, many thanks. (Picture is from top of Mount Pelion).
