Today I went for a run at the hottest time of day in honour of Coach Sandy Musson. I am so grateful for everything that she, Patti Musson Teske and Stephanie Rupnow did for me as an athlete (not a great one, but still) and how that helped me as a person. This club changed the trajectory of my life. I will always have great memories of chatting with Sandy about great books and movies, and I LOVED that she would break coaching me down to the science (nerd alert). I wish you the most wonderful retirement Sandy. Cheers.
