Like the author, I am not stating a point of view on the subject, just continuing to look at data as I echo his statement about always looking for ways to make my athletes faster. Fat adaption as an endurance strategy works well for some athletes and not for others. I'm still hesitant to recommend it as a lifestyle. Have a read and let me know your thoughts (respectfully).
